The Golden Isles are an unspoiled chain of barrier islands nestled into the coast of Georgia, halfway between Savannah and Jacksonville. There’s truly something for everyone in our beautiful Golden Isles… from families, nature-lovers, fishing and water sports enthusiasts, golfers, and history buffs. Our mild winters paired with natural beaches, endless stretches of breathtaking saltwater marshes, maritime forests filled with live oaks draped in spanish moss, historical sites dating from as early as the 1700s, and plentiful wildlife on both land and sea beckon to all.

As island natives, we love helping other grow a deep love for the area we grew to love in our childhoods, that brings them back year after year! In 2022, we fulfilled a lifelong dream of returning home by launching Komoto Coastal Properties and now own our very own piece of our beautiful little island, and we’re eager to share our dream with you.
